Khiva

Khiva, an enchanting city with profound historical significance in Uzbekistan, has been noted as a prominent trading hub along the Great Silk Road since the 10th century. It served as a vital stop for caravans journeying between China and other regions. With its rich history, Khiva boasts numerous architectural treasures. Established by Uzbek nomadic tribes in the early 16th century within the Khorezm state, the Khiva Khanate emerged, although Khiva wasn't its immediate capital.
